okay now im gona post the pictures that we took. (:










hee hee .. thats nic see (nicole) dicing the chicken while waiting for our water to boil .
I think this is good because its making good use of time instead of just standing there doing nothing and wasting time.













thats the chicken dats she's dicing. Dicing the chicken is good because it allows it to be cooked faster.

its carrots, lettuce and spring onion. thats my noodles. (:

they are healthy vegetables and contain a lot of dietary fibre and vitamins. It also adds colour to the dish and maks it very appealing.

I think it looks very nice and very appetizing and that she boiled it long enough.

she has to constantly stir the soup so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.















thats our soup. the brand' s campbella. I think my flavour was fish maw and hers was tom yam.

it can really be improved because the carrots were too hard. I think it was because they were not too cooked.
However, she says that the noodles was really nice and cooked long enough.

nice ..? doesnt look like ramen right.
i know.. but i dont know if ms aisha allow me to put the japanese type of sprinkle .. u know those that got seaweed n sesame seeds and whatnot.
next practical i bring and try to put . see if its nicer . ^-^

I think it can improved because my carrots were not very cooked as well.
However, I thought the chicken and the noodles were quite well-cooked.

today was the first day of practical .! yay !!! ^-^

our chosen recipe: ramen, udon. (:

hm ... i thought the practical went pretty well considering the fact that we chose lunch and everyone else chose tea because its easier to cook than bake .? thats what i thought anyway . i feel that we (nicole and myself) did a pretty good job using the time wisely and not wasting a minute just standing around. we multi-tasked and took turns doing different things like, for example, i did the dishes while she cut her vegetables while the both of us were waiting for our water to boil . we also took many pictures .

However, i think the recipe could be modified a bit because my ramen did not seem like ramen and did not seem very japanese because i used chinese noodles . will see how to modify . maybe i could add some other ingredient and make it more japanese-like .? i thought nicole' s udon looked okay n it did look like udon . (:

okay . thats all . will post the pictures we took another time . ^-^
