practical exam recipes: ramen, udonlast time we' re ever going to be cooking these 2 dishes ! we were so nervous and also very anxious for time. However, we managed to finish within the designated time slot but was not able to get the bonus marks. (Ms Aisha would award those groups who finished a half hour earliar bonus marks. But I think none of the groups got the bonus marks.. ): oh well. I thought the exam was quite well done. We practised very good time management and our workplace was very neat and well-organised. We were also very clean and didnt leave any scraps of food lying around our work area. I think the outcome of both our products look very tempting. They were both well-garnished and tasted great. We used the bowls that were available in the kitchen and it looked marvelous, especially because it was really well-garnished. I think that we deserve those marks (nicole: 24/30, sarah: 23 half/30) and that Ms Aisha was really kind to give us those kind of marks. (:sarah & nicole (:
