now to post the photos taken during our 4th practical.
this is my end product. I think it doesnt really look nice because it looks really hard and dry. I think this can be avoided by putting more water.
this is nicole' s end product. the thing on the spoon is a piece of potato. It looks much more appetizing than last time.
thats me putting black sauce in my bee hoon.
thats me stir-frying my bee hoon.
thats nicole' s macaroni. it looks really nice, soft and cooked.
nicole' s vegetables. she changed from broccoli to cai xin. It' s softer, easier to chew and also cooks faster than broccoli.
nicole' s fish cake. she added it to add to the taste and the colour of the dish.
my vegetables. (spring onion, cabbage and long beans)
my chicken. nicely diced.
my other ngredients (carrots, long beans, garlic and onion) all nicely chopped.
my bee hoon noodles. soaked in cold water.
