now these are the pictures taken during our practical exam.

these are nicole' s vegetables. (cai xin and broccoli.) there are carrots at the bottom of the pot but it cant be seen.

thats my wan ton noodles in the pot for boiling.


thats nicole' s udon noodles in the pot before boiling. (it came out from a packet. so its still in a square shape)



thats my vegetables. (carrots, parsley and spring onion) all chopped.



thats both our can soup. mine' s mushroom seafood. nicole' s one is mushroom potage.
we used a western type of soup to suit the students' preferances from the survery that we took

thats nicole' s vegetables. can just vaguely see her carrots which are baby carrots. she used baby carrots because they cook faster.

this is my carrots. I think maybe I cut too much. But its healthy so...
